Teams of 2–5 people who have worked together before can apply. Share your skills, past projects, and what you achieved together.

Is it free to apply, get listed, and receive introductions?

Yes. Applying, having a team profile, and receiving introductions are free. We don’t take a cut of your pay or project fees. We review applications and follow up before an approved profile is published.

What do you review in our application?

We review your team’s shared projects, skills, and each person’s role in the work. We’ll follow up about your submission and agree on your public profile before listing it.

How do companies get in touch with our team?

Companies browse the directory and request an introduction to a specific team. When a company asks to meet you, we connect you by email so you can discuss the work directly.

How does Cracked Teams make money?

Tool sponsorships and optional referral commissions on partner offers are how we plan to fund Cracked Teams. You don’t need to buy a tool or claim a perk to get listed or request an introduction. Sponsorship never affects team approval or introductions.
